Responsibilities

- Troubleshoot monitoring pipeline failures and data inconsistencies

- Document data governance policies related to monitoring
- Support audits by providing traceable data access logs
- Train team members on Purview capabilities and best practices
- Evaluate new monitoring tools for compatibility with current stack
- Ensure compliance with data privacy standards
- Monitor data quality across pipelines and flag anomalies
- Develop dashboards for real-time system health tracking
- Participate in incident response related to data outages
- Improve data classification processes within Purview
- Work with security teams to enforce monitoring access controls
- Maintain up-to-date inventory of monitored assets
- Assess scalability of monitoring solutions under load
- Provide input on monitoring requirements for new projects
- Coordinate with cloud infrastructure teams on deployment
