Responsibilities
- Lead the design and execution of mobile test automation frameworks

- Collaborate with development and product teams to ensure quality standards
- Mentor QA engineers to improve technical and testing skills
- Identify, report, and track defects across the development lifecycle
- Implement continuous integration and continuous testing practices
- Ensure test automation aligns with agile development workflows
- Optimize test coverage and reduce regression risks
- Evaluate and integrate new testing tools and technologies
- Maintain detailed documentation of test processes and results
- Drive improvements in test efficiency and reliability
- Participate in sprint planning and QA-related ceremonies
- Monitor application performance and stability on mobile devices
- Support release management with thorough quality validation
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy standards
- Analyze test metrics to guide quality decisions
- Coordinate with offshore or distributed QA teams when needed
- Promote a culture of quality across engineering teams
- Troubleshoot complex automation issues and provide solutions
