Responsibilities
- Support preventive maintenance and repair activities for mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems such as pumps, chillers, boilers, air compressors, and air handling units.
- Carry out routine repairs, upkeep, and replacement of building elements including fixtures, appliances, plumbing, and electrical systems.
- Use fundamental HVAC distribution and control knowledge to make adjustments or take corrective steps for resolving service requests.
- Engage in property-specific water treatment chemical programs as required.
- Keep accurate operational records, including logs for central plant operations, chemical usage, and equipment inspections.
- Deliver high-quality, service-oriented support to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Gain proficiency in fire alarm and life safety systems relevant to the assigned site.
- Follow all established safety protocols and organizational policies while performing job duties.
- Take part in mandatory training sessions and educational seminars.
