About the Role
The Mobile Engineer will design, develop, and maintain mobile applications, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable and scalable user experiences. The position supports all stages of the development lifecycle and encourages growth across technical and product domains.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications for Android and iOS platforms
- Collaborate with product and design teams to implement user-facing features
- Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing
- Troubleshoot and debug issues across different devices and OS versions
- Optimize mobile applications for performance, scalability, and reliability
- Stay current with mobile development trends and emerging technologies
- Work within agile development cycles to deliver iterative improvements
- Integrate mobile apps with backend services and APIs
- Ensure compliance with platform-specific guidelines and standards
- Support the release process, including app store submissions
- Monitor app performance and respond to user feedback
- Contribute to technical documentation and architecture decisions
- Mentor team members and support onboarding of new engineers
- Collaborate on testing strategies, including unit and integration tests
- Identify and implement improvements in development tools and processes
- Ensure security best practices are followed in mobile implementations
- Work with analytics tools to track user behavior and app performance
- Participate in sprint planning and backlog refinement sessions
- Support localization and internationalization efforts
- Engage in technical discussions to shape product direction
- Respond to production incidents and implement fixes promptly
- Evaluate third-party libraries and SDKs for integration
- Promote code maintainability through modular and reusable components
- Assist in defining mobile roadmap and long-term technical vision
