Stream Realty Partners is hiring a Mobile Building Engineer

Responsibilities

  • Understand written and verbal instructions and seek clarification when needed to ensure accurate task execution.
  • Safely operate manual and powered tools required for maintenance and repair tasks.
  • Deliver attentive, customer-focused service to both internal teams and external clients.
  • Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on buildings, industrial systems, vehicles, equipment, and outdoor areas.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable codes, regulations, government requirements, and internal safety policies.
  • Evaluate building systems such as fire alarms, HVAC, and plumbing to confirm they function within design parameters and meet client environmental standards.
  • Complete contracted services including landscaping, snow removal, HVAC maintenance, plumbing, and cleaning as required.
