TP-Link Systems Inc. is looking for a Mobile App Development Engineer, Android/iOS to design, develop, and maintain secure and performant mobile applications for enterprise users. You will collaborate with Mobile Architects, UX/UI designers, QA teams, and product stakeholders to build reliable software from conception to launch.

What You'll Do

Develop high-caliber mobile applications for the Android/iOS platform.
Design, develop, release, and maintain complex mobile applications throughout the full lifecycle.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and QA engineers.
Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Research and adopt innovative mobile technologies, platforms, and architectures.
Analyze and optimize application performance for responsiveness and user experience.
Contribute to the overall architecture and strategic vision of mobile app development.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
Proven track record as a Mobile App Developer with a successfully released application.
Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in mobile app development.
Proficiency in Swift (for iOS) and Kotlin/Java (for Android).
Knowledge of mobile app architectures, UI/UX principles, and industry best practices.
Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git), continuous integration, and deployment pipelines.
Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Experience writing unit tests and testable code.
Outstanding communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to actively listen and collaborate with remote global development teams.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with cross-platform development frameworks such as React Native or Flutter.
Backend development experience and integration proficiency.
Knowledge of Jetpack Compose.
Experience with SDN Software Controller Platform.
Experience with AI Ops.

Compensation range: $120,000 - $180,000
