Responsibilities
- Adhere to all applicable Covid-19 safety protocols during events
- Interact directly with consumers to inform and guide their experience at purchase and consumption points
- Build consumer confidence by representing brand values in a relatable, personable manner
- Guide attendees through product sampling experiences, within legal and policy boundaries
- Complete assigned digital training modules on brand and program updates
- Utilize technology platforms to receive assignments and submit required information
- Arrive punctually at events dressed in approved uniform or attire
- Distribute promotional items to consumers as part of brand engagement
- Uphold responsible service standards and report any breaches
- Use company-provided payment methods for event-related purchases
- Collect or receive promotional materials from the event coordination team
- Maintain and return all company-issued assets, including uniforms and event supplies
- Submit post-event summaries through the designated digital reporting system
- Capture event photos digitally and support social media content sharing
- Identify key differences between the represented brand and competing products, and report market observations
- Present a professional appearance suitable for public brand representation
- Comply with all organizational policies and operational procedures

Remote (City/Region) — Milford, New Haven, Stratford, Connecticut

- Work schedules are subject to change and vary by event
- This is an occasional, non-permanent employment role
- Employment does not guarantee a set number of event assignments
- All required documentation must be signed and company policies strictly followed
- Employees must fully engage in training to gain in-depth knowledge of product categories, distillation methods, and brand identity, and pass related assessments
- Candidates must demonstrate their expertise and engagement skills through a 2-3 minute live presentation as part of onboarding
- Regular online training on client brands is mandatory in addition to event participation
