Dentsu Creative is hiring a MKTG Non Premise Brand Staff

Responsibilities

  • Adhere to all applicable Covid-19 safety protocols and guidelines
  • Interact directly with consumers to inform and guide them during product experiences
  • Build consumer trust by making brand interactions personal and informative
  • Guide consumers through legal product sampling experiences in compliance with local laws and company policy
  • Complete assigned digital training modules on brand and program updates
  • Utilize technology platforms to receive, manage, and submit required information
  • Arrive punctually at events dressed in approved attire
  • Distribute promotional items to consumers as authorized
  • Follow responsible service practices and report any policy breaches
  • Use company-provided payment methods for bar or product expenses
  • Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event coordination team
  • Ensure company assets such as uniforms and materials are properly maintained and returned
  • Submit post-event summaries through the designated marketing reporting system
  • Capture digital photos during events and support social media content sharing
  • Identify and communicate key differences between the brand and competing products
  • Present a professional appearance suitable for public brand representation
  • Comply with all organizational policies and operational procedures

  • Must deliver a 2-3 minute 'Final' presentation
  • Must sign off on all required forms
  • Must adhere to all MKTG Policies & Procedures
  • Must follow Responsible Server Guidelines
  • Must report guideline violations
  • Must pay for bar spend or product via company issued debit card
  • Must pick up or accept delivery of promotional materials
  • Must ensure proper care and return of company property
  • Must complete post-event recap (ERF) in MKTG reporting website
  • Must take digital event photos and contribute to market's social media account
  • Must report on competitive activity in market
  • Must maintain appropriate appearance for consumer engagement
