Requirements
- Must be 21 years and older
- Must live in Kansas City, MO and surrounding areas
- Must be personable, friendly, and professional
- Must actively engage and educate consumers at point of experience, purchase, and consumption
- Must humanize brands and build consumer trust through education
- Must lead consumers through a sampling journey of featured product(s) where legal
- Must complete digital training for market brand and programs as directed
- Must adapt to tech platforms to receive and input information
- Must arrive to events on time in appropriate attire
- Must distribute premiums to consumers
- Must follow Responsible Server Guidelines and report violations
- Must pay for bar spend or product via company-issued debit card
- Must pick up or accept delivery of promotional materials from Event Team
- Must ensure proper care and return of company property (uniforms, event materials)
- Must complete post-event recap (ERF) in MKTG reporting website
- Must take digital event photos and contribute to market's social media account
- Must understand how Diageo brand differs from competitors and report on competitive activity
- Must maintain appropriate appearance for consumer engagement
- Must follow company policy and procedures
- Must complete training to understand brand/program representation and differentiation
- Must be able to translate brand information to consumers in a relatable manner
- Must be outgoing, personable, and courteous with consumers
- Must approach consumers with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Must build trust in the brand
- Must be reliable and arrive on time ready to work
- Must have full ability to speak and understand English
- Must have transportation
- Must have experience in alcohol on-premise settings
