Responsibilities
- Support event coordination and logistics
- Handle setup and teardown tasks for promotional events
- Engage consumers in meaningful discussions about brand choices and preferences
- Distribute branded merchandise according to guidelines
- Resolve issues that arise during event operations
- Build rapport with retail and bar staff at partner locations
- Attend regular training sessions, meetings, and skill-building activities
- Collaborate closely with event leads, team members, and fellow ambassadors
- Observe event dynamics and deliver timely, thoughtful feedback in post-event summaries
- Study and follow company protocols, operational policies, and local regulations

Remote — Poughkeepsie, Monroe, upstate New York

- Part-time position with flexible scheduling
- Availability required for events Thursday through Saturday, 4 PM to midnight
- Events typically last between 2 and 4 hours
- Position classified as occasional employment
- Employment does not ensure a set number of event assignments
- Required to sign all necessary onboarding and compliance forms
- Must comply with all program policies and the NA Diageo Marketing Code
- Promotions occur in on-premise and off-premise retail environments
- Eligible for mileage and expense reimbursement where applicable
- Work hours include Thursday and Friday afternoons and evenings, Saturday daytime and evening shifts, Sundays, and holidays
- Completion of recurring online training modules on client brands is mandatory
- Must gain in-depth understanding of product categories, distillation methods, and brand details
- Required to pass knowledge assessments
- Must deliver a final 2-3 minute brand presentation during events
