Responsibilities
- Support event logistics including setup and teardown
- Handle on-site event preparation and post-event breakdown
- Initiate meaningful interactions with consumers to discuss brand choices and recommendations
- Hand out promotional items as instructed
- Resolve issues that arise during event operations
- Build rapport with venue staff such as bartenders and retail associates
- Attend recurring training sessions, meetings, and development activities
- Collaborate closely with event leads, team members, and fellow ambassadors
- Provide timely, thoughtful feedback and observations after events
- Learn and comply with company protocols, policies, and local regulations
- Interact directly with consumers at key moments of product experience and purchase
- Foster consumer trust by presenting brand stories in an authentic way
- Guide consumers through product sampling experiences where permitted by law and policy
- Complete required digital training modules on brand and program updates
- Use technology platforms to access and submit necessary brand representation data
- Arrive punctually at events dressed per market guidelines and ready to execute assigned tasks
- Distribute branded promotional goods to attendees
- Follow responsible service standards and report any breaches
- Stock and display branded point-of-sale materials at partner locations
- Cover event-related purchases using a company-provided debit card
- Collect or receive promotional supplies from the event coordination team
- Maintain and return company assets such as uniforms and event materials
- Submit post-event summaries through the designated reporting system
- Capture digital photos during events and support social media content sharing
- Analyze competitive landscape and report how the represented brand compares to others in the market
Work Arrangement
Remote — Poughkeepsie, Upstate New York

- Applicants must be at least 21 years old
- Availability required for events on Thursdays through Saturdays, 4 PM to 12 AM
- Events typically last between 2 and 4 hours
- Minimum weekly availability of 20 hours during daytime or evening hours
- Valid US driver's license is required
- Must have reliable personal transportation
- Fluency in spoken and written English is required
- Bilingual candidates fluent in Spanish and English are strongly encouraged to apply
- This is an occasional, non-permanent employment role
- Hiring does not guarantee a set number of event assignments
- Required to sign all necessary onboarding and compliance forms
- Must follow all program policies and marketing codes
- Regular completion of online training courses is mandatory
- Must pass assessments on product category, distillation process, and brand knowledge
- Expected to deliver a 2-3 minute brand presentation at events
- Must adhere to responsible service standards and report any violations
- Required to submit post-event reports via the MKTG reporting platform
- Must take event photographs and contribute to the market's social media presence
