Responsibilities
- Support the coordination and execution of promotional events from start to finish
- Handle setup and teardown of event spaces efficiently and on schedule
- Initiate meaningful interactions with consumers to discuss brand choices and preferences
- Distribute branded merchandise according to program direction
- Resolve on-site issues quickly and professionally during events
- Build strong working relationships with venue staff including bartenders and retail associates
- Attend regular training sessions, team calls, and development workshops
- Collaborate closely with event leads, support staff, and fellow ambassadors
- Provide timely and thoughtful feedback after events through structured recaps
- Stay informed of and comply with all company policies and local regulations
- Engage directly with customers at key decision points to enhance brand experience
- Foster consumer trust by delivering clear, educational brand messaging
- Guide consumers through product sampling experiences where permitted by law and policy
- Complete required digital training modules for brand knowledge and program updates
- Use digital tools to receive assignments and submit required information
- Arrive punctually at events dressed in approved attire per market standards
- Distribute branded promotional items to attendees as directed
- Follow responsible service protocols and report any breaches
- Prepare retail locations with branded point-of-sale materials
- Receive and manage delivery of promotional supplies from event coordinators
- Maintain accountability for company assets including uniforms and materials
- Submit post-event reports through the designated online platform
- Capture digital photos during events and support social media content sharing
- Analyze and communicate how the represented brand stands apart from competitors
- Present a professional and approachable appearance suitable for public engagement

- Availability required for events on Thursdays through Saturdays between 4 PM and 12 AM

- This is an occasional, non-guaranteed assignment role
- Employment does not ensure a set number of future assignments
- Required to sign all necessary onboarding and compliance forms
- Must follow all MKTG policies, procedures, and the North America Diageo Marketing Code
- Minimum weekly availability of 20 hours during daytime or evening hours
- Ability to remain on feet or move continuously for extended durations
- Capable of lifting and transporting heavy trays, boxes, or equipment
- Must possess reliable personal transportation
- Valid U.S. driver's license is required
- Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory
