Responsibilities
- Acts as the primary point of contact for mission management within the Navy sector.
- Partners with Navy technical leadership to define a strategic technology direction in collaboration with Mission Heroes.
- Ensures product development plans support the established technical strategy for the assigned mission and communicates feature timeline needs to product teams.
- Coordinates input from delivery teams to product teams on open-source software initiatives and standardized service offerings.
- Collaborates with technical leads to develop a unified delivery strategy based on product roadmaps.
- Applies organizational standards and methodologies when designing and implementing delivery solutions.
- Manages competing demands from end users, clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to deliver scalable mission impact.
- Supports professional development through mentorship, coaching, and team growth initiatives.
- Promotes a culture aligned with organizational values and guiding principles.
