Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, update, and analyze construction schedules for mission-critical MEP-heavy projects
- Coordinate schedule inputs from project management, field leadership, subcontractors, vendors, commissioning, and QA/QC teams
- Track milestones tied to procurement, installation, energization, inspections, commissioning, turnover, and closeout
- Identify schedule risk, constraints, recovery options, sequencing issues, and critical path impacts
- Prepare schedule reports, lookaheads, updates, and clear communication for project stakeholders
Requirements
- Construction scheduling experience on mission-critical, data center, commercial MEP, industrial, or large technical projects
- Strong understanding of construction sequencing, MEP coordination, commissioning milestones, and critical path management
- Experience with Primavera P6, Microsoft Project, or comparable scheduling/project controls tools
- Ability to gather accurate field input, analyze constraints, and communicate schedule risk clearly
- Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable supporting fast-track project environments
- Ability to work in the Columbus, OH market and complete any site onboarding requirements
- Dependable, safety-minded, commercially aware, and comfortable in fast-moving project environments

Additional Information
- Pay: $190,000-$230,000/year, based on experience
- Location: Columbus, OH
