Cypher Consulting Europe is hiring a Migration & Master Data Manager to lead critical data migration activities and establish Master Data Management (MDM) capabilities for complex IT projects, with a focus on ERP implementations.

What You'll Do

Develop and implement an efficient and replicable data migration strategy and plan.
Oversee data migration planning, execution, and follow-up activities.
Coordinate with projects and central data management teams to define data migration requirements, mapping, and cleansing.
Establish and maintain long-term Master Data Management (MDM) capabilities at rollout sites.
Ensure adherence to data principles and guidelines in partnership with the data governance team.
Manage data extraction processes from respective legacy systems.
Support database extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.
Validate and reconcile migrated data to ensure successful implementation.
Track key metrics on migration progress across the project portfolio.
Identify and address issues or risks affecting timeline and data integrity accuracy.
Maintain oversight of data flows and dependencies to support delivery and change management.
Support the development and maintenance of an enterprise's data dictionary.
Collaborate on lead file management, masking strategies, and reusable testable repositories.

What We're Looking For

Proven experience in leading data migration activities for complex IT projects, particularly ERP implementations.
Strong understanding of master data management, governance, and validation techniques.
Proficient in ETL processes.
