Internal Referral Program Logotipo is hiring a Middle Software Engineer (Python + Vue.js)

About the Role

You will develop and maintain scalable fullstack applications while collaborating with product, architecture, and engineering teams to deliver technical solutions aligned with business goals. You'll ensure code quality through automated testing and best practices, and stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and maintain scalable and efficient fullstack applications
  • Ensure code quality by writing automated tests and following best development practices
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively
  • Collaborate with product, architecture, and engineering teams to define technical solutions aligned with business goals
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies, tools, and industry best practices

What We're Looking For

  • Strong experience with backend and frontend development using Python
  • Strong experience with backend and frontend development using JavaScript
  • Strong experience with backend and frontend development using Node.js
  • Strong experience with backend and frontend development using Golang
  • Strong experience with backend and frontend development using Vue.js
  • Working knowledge of Angular and Quarkus
  • Experience with workflow orchestration tools, particularly Apache Airflow
  • Familiarity with modern DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines and Infrastructure as Code
  • Experience designing and developing microservices and component-based micro-frontend architectures
  • Solid experience with relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL
  • Strong understanding of software design principles and architectural patterns, including modularization, resilience, and scalability
  • Experience working with public cloud platforms, preferably AWS
  • Proficiency with Git and best practices for version control
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in distributed or cloud-native environments
  • Exposure to large-scale systems with high availability and performance requirements
  • Prior experience in consulting or client-facing engineering roles
