Responsibilities
- Create and sustain scalable software solutions with Java and current frontend frameworks
- Guide development teams through hands-on leadership and support growth in engineering standards
- Lead technical conversations and help shape system architecture choices
- Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Produce code that is clean, sustainable, and thoroughly tested
- Own features from concept to completion and deliver full-cycle solutions autonomously
