Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of internal initiatives, from gathering requirements to deploying solutions and integrating them into business operations.
- Engage users and stakeholders through interviews and discovery sessions to uncover business needs, test assumptions, and define clear project requirements.
- Serve as the liaison between non-technical stakeholders and technical teams to ensure consistent understanding and alignment.
- Collaborate closely with product, design, and development teams to deliver high-quality results on schedule.
- Proactively identify, assess, and address project risks, dependencies, and issues with effective mitigation plans.
- Lead change management activities to support smooth adoption and maintain stakeholder engagement throughout project execution.
- Track and evaluate project performance using KPIs to ensure delivery meets business objectives.
- Oversee the integration of new solutions into existing workflows, ensuring practical implementation and team adoption.
- Gather and interpret relevant data to inform decisions and support proposed improvements.
- Produce and present regular status updates, reports, and presentations to stakeholders and leadership.
- Stay informed about industry developments, new technologies, and evolving best practices in project and process management.
- Continuously assess workflows and team operations to identify inefficiencies, improvement opportunities, and overlooked challenges.
