Universe Group is hiring a Middle Full-Stack Developer for the FORMA business unit. You will join a technical R&D team focused on PDFGuru, a web product in the document processing and conversion niche.
What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain frontend and backend applications using Nest.js, React, Next.js, and Node.js.
- Integrate APIs between frontend and backend, optimizing requests and working with HTTP, gRPC, SSE, and GraphQL.
- Work with databases (PostgreSQL RDS and Redis) to design schemas, write queries, and optimize performance.
- Develop and maintain a microservice architecture with containerization using Docker.
- Manage technical debt and refactor code.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure high code quality through testing with Jest and Playwright.
- Configure CI/CD and DevOps processes, including integrating GitHub Actions and managing deployment.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of commercial development experience with Node.js.
- At least 2 years of commercial experience with React, Next.js, Nest.js, and TypeScript.
- Commercial experience working with PostgreSQL or MySQL.
- Experience working with Docker and GitHub Actions.
- Experience working with component libraries like Material, Antdesign, TailwindCSS, or StyledComponents.
- Understanding of client-server architecture and main communication protocols (HTTP, WebSockets, gRPC).
- A proactive, self-organized approach, with the ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, and use time effectively. Openness to new ideas and willingness to learn.
