Responsibilities
- Execute testing across web applications, mobile platforms, APIs, and microservices through direct, hands-on evaluation.
- Support the development and upkeep of automated test frameworks, integrating them into existing DevOps workflows.
- Lead quality assurance efforts within agile squads, serving as the primary validator of product quality before release.
- Apply consistent quality benchmarks throughout all stages of testing, including functional validation, regression checks, integration points, and user acceptance trials.
- Work closely with developers, scrum leads, business partners, and end clients to confirm solutions align with defined requirements.
- Convert user stories into verifiable test conditions, design test cases, run test executions, and document outcomes with precision.
- Engage in daily team syncs to share testing status, blockers, and upcoming tasks.
- Establish and maintain structured defect tracking and incident logging procedures.
- Identify opportunities to enhance QA workflows, increase test coverage, and improve output quality.
- Monitor emerging trends in digital products and technologies, applying relevant insights to testing methodologies.
- Provide clear, timely updates to stakeholders on testing progress, identified issues, and potential risks.
- Support team culture by joining collaborative initiatives and contributing constructively to team dynamics.
