Responsibilities
- Oversee a portfolio of mid-market clients, actively seeking opportunities to expand revenue through upselling and cross-selling
- Create and implement customized account strategies aligned with each client's business goals
- Act as the main liaison for assigned clients, ensuring high-quality service and strong satisfaction
- Hold periodic business reviews with stakeholders to evaluate performance, resolve issues, and uncover growth areas
- Lead contract and pricing negotiations while balancing profitability and relationship quality
- Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery
- Keep CRM records current with accurate account details, pipeline updates, and sales forecasts
- Monitor regional market dynamics and competitive activity, sharing insights to inform strategic decisions
