Collaborate with product, design, data, and operations to rapidly deliver high-impact features and experiment toward measurable outcomes.

2+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in product-focused environments.
Proven experience shipping reliable, high-quality applications using modern frameworks, APIs, and cloud-native infrastructure.
Fullstack experience, a generalist mindset, and familiarity with infrastructure, distributed systems concepts, and observability practices.
Thrives in ambiguity and fast-paced growth while helping shape Cherry's engineering culture.
Ability to collaborate across time zones, maintaining regular early-morning collaboration windows with teammates in Europe during the early stages of team formation.

Early-stage startup experience as an early engineer or technical founder.
Familiarity with our stack: React, TypeScript, Node.js, Kotlin, Postgres, Fivetran, Airflow, dbt, Snowflake, Temporal.
Experience integrating with practice-facing, sales, or operations tooling (CRMs, workflow automation tools, dashboards, merchant platforms).
