Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the designated Project Manager to define and monitor project scope.
- Collect, analyze, and document requirements for IT system implementations, upgrades, and new functionalities.
- Assess current business processes and systems to uncover needs and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead or support sessions with business users and stakeholders to gather detailed requirements.
- Analyze materials provided by stakeholders as part of the requirements collection process.
- Develop Business Requirements Documents to guide development and testing phases.
- Produce Business Process Documentation to inform users about post-implementation workflow changes.
- Create Requirements Traceability Matrices to monitor and confirm fulfillment of requirements.
- Review existing business processes and systems to determine needs and strategic improvements.
- Manage defects efficiently from identification through resolution and closure.
- Convert business requirements into executable test scenarios.
- Support users in refining requirements and establishing clear acceptance criteria for system testing.
