Responsibilities

Architect and deploy Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio integrations aligned with actual business operations and workflows
Lead client discovery sessions to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables based on business objectives and challenges
Support pre-sales activities such as technical presentations, solution design reviews, and proposal creation to establish credibility
Evaluate opportunities for AI and automation to deliver measurable client impact, then implement those solutions
Conduct training for technical and non-technical users on Microsoft 365 and Copilot capabilities
Design and configure SharePoint Online environments, including site hierarchy, access controls, and information architecture
Assist with SharePoint migration projects and document management strategies with attention to usability and governance
Balance multiple client projects simultaneously within a delivery-focused model
Collaborate with senior engineers on advanced solutions and contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing in the Modern Work domain
Explain technical topics clearly to stakeholders across all levels of technical understanding
Track advancements in Microsoft's Modern Work platform and convert new features into proactive recommendations and internal practice enhancements

Compensation
