Responsibilities
- Architect and deploy Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio integrations aligned with actual business operations and workflows
- Lead client discovery sessions to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables based on business objectives and challenges
- Support pre-sales activities such as technical presentations, solution design reviews, and proposal creation to establish credibility
- Evaluate opportunities for AI and automation to deliver measurable client impact, then implement those solutions
- Conduct training for technical and non-technical users on Microsoft 365 and Copilot capabilities
- Design and configure SharePoint Online environments, including site hierarchy, access controls, and information architecture
- Assist with SharePoint migration projects and document management strategies with attention to usability and governance
- Balance multiple client projects simultaneously within a delivery-focused model
- Collaborate with senior engineers on advanced solutions and contribute to team-wide knowledge sharing in the Modern Work domain
- Explain technical topics clearly to stakeholders across all levels of technical understanding
- Track advancements in Microsoft's Modern Work platform and convert new features into proactive recommendations and internal practice enhancements

Compensation
Competitive salary with extra pay for hours over 40/week, quarterly profit-sharing bonus up to 15% of salary, and company 401(k) match up to 4% of salary
