Requirements
- Master's degree in chemistry, analytical chemistry, or a closely related field
- Minimum of four years of professional experience in analytical development
- Extensive expertise in analytical techniques, particularly liquid chromatography (LC-UV), including method development, validation, verification, transfer, and troubleshooting
- Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration involving formulation, process development, regulatory affairs, and quality assurance
- In-depth understanding of pharmacopoeial standards and relevant regulatory guidelines
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Basic ability to manage project timelines and deliverables
- Demonstrated initiative, critical thinking, and innovative problem-solving skills
- Proven experience working in regulated, certified environments such as GMP settings
- Strong motivation to acquire proficiency in emerging analytical methods
- Knowledge of modern analytical frameworks including ICH Q14 and Quality by Design (QbD) principles
