Responsibilities
- Configure, customize, and maintain the Manufacturing Execution System to ensure precise tracking of production metrics including work orders, scrap, downtime, and performance.
- Ensure high system availability by proactively monitoring performance and providing timely technical support to prevent disruptions.
- Build and maintain .NET-based software applications using Microsoft technologies such as SQL Server, .NET Framework, and WPF to support manufacturing workflows.
- Connect shop-floor devices and industrial control systems using standard communication protocols like OPC UA, Ethernet/IP, and TCP/IP.
- Develop RESTful APIs and WebSocket solutions to enable real-time data exchange between systems and applications.
- Work with IT, automation, and operations teams to roll out, improve, and support MES features and related tools.
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues in manufacturing applications and drive ongoing enhancements for efficiency and stability.
