EasyPay Finance, a leader in Financial Technology, is looking for a dedicated Merchant Services Representative fluent in both English and Spanish. In this remote role, you'll provide exceptional customer service by managing inbound and outbound calls, supporting merchants with our financing program, processing consumer applications, and ensuring smooth onboarding and training processes.
What You'll Do
- Handle all inbound and outbound calls with merchants
- Provide excellent customer service to merchants needing assistance with the financing program
- Complete all new merchant set-ups
- Conduct trainings for merchants
- Process consumer applications
- Review conditions for funding
What We're Looking For
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Detail oriented and conscientious
- Ability to work independently in a deadline-oriented environment
- Must possess a disciplined work ethic, positive attitude, and be highly motivated to succeed
- Proficient in English and Spanish and comfortable conducting business in both languages

Compensation: $18 per hour with bonus opportunity of up to $750 per month; weekends paid at 1.5x base rate.

Work-from-home position available in Arizona, Utah, Nevada, and Texas. Schedule may be subject to change due to business needs.
