LINE MAN Wongnai is hiring a Merchant Onboarding Specialist (1-year contract)

Responsibilities

  • Initiate contact with newly joined merchants via outbound calls to assist with onboarding and system setup.
  • Accelerate time-to-first transaction by guiding merchants to activate and use the platform quickly.
  • Provide tailored training on POS tools, including menu configuration, inventory management, and payment processing, based on business type.
  • Diagnose and resolve obstacles preventing merchant activation, escalating technical issues to internal teams when needed.
  • Monitor and document onboarding progress, activation metrics, and merchant feedback to support performance goals.
  • Analyze recurring challenges in the onboarding journey and recommend workflow enhancements for greater efficiency.
