Responsibilities
- Oversee all pre- and post-contract cost management tasks for semiconductor projects, such as estimating, rate analysis, and finalizing cost plans.
- Direct tendering and procurement processes, including pre-qualification, tender list creation, analysis, reporting, and contract documentation.
- Assist with change control and address post-contract cost differences in cleanroom construction, tool-installation packages, and facility upgrades.
- Generate monthly cost reports and deliver cost presentations to project stakeholders.
- Participate in value engineering exercises to find ways to improve design, materials, and construction sequencing for semiconductor settings.
- Work with clients, consultants, and cross-functional teams throughout all project phases, fostering strong relationships and clear communication.
- Support knowledge management by documenting lessons learned and enhancing cost management procedures and templates.
