About the Role
The engineer will build and maintain backend services and frontend interfaces for token vesting workflows, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and reliability in high-stakes environments.
Responsibilities
- Develop fullstack features for creating, tracking, and managing token vesting schedules
- Collaborate with product and compliance teams to ensure regulatory alignment
- Design and implement secure APIs for internal and external use
- Write clean, maintainable code with comprehensive test coverage
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues in a timely manner
- Participate in code reviews and system design discussions
- Contribute to architectural decisions for scalable backend systems
- Ensure data integrity and consistency across distributed systems
- Integrate with blockchain networks for transaction verification
- Optimize performance of critical path operations
- Maintain frontend components for user interaction with vesting data
- Implement role-based access controls for sensitive operations
- Support audit and compliance requirements through accurate logging
- Work with infrastructure teams to deploy and monitor services
- Respond to security reviews and implement recommended changes
- Document technical designs and operational procedures
- Monitor system health and respond to alerts
- Improve developer tooling and internal workflows
- Stay current with blockchain and smart contract developments
- Ensure systems meet high availability and reliability standards
