Responsibilities
- Architect and manage end-to-end growth initiatives spanning activation, onboarding, SEO, user lifecycle, conversion, retention, and paid upgrade touchpoints across all products.
- Drive experimentation from concept to deployment, including hypothesis formation, data tracking, coding, evaluation, and scaling, with multiple tests running concurrently.
- Develop AI-powered tools such as intent classifiers, personalized experiences, and intelligent onboarding or recommendation engines to fuel user growth.
- Create tailored experiences for specific user groups like students or enterprise clients, aligning new AI features with measurable usage and revenue impact.
- Optimize key performance indicators including activation, conversion to paid plans, retention, and habitual product use, supported by accurate data and reliable A/B test results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, Data Science, Monetization, Marketing, and Applied AI to turn behavioral insights and model outputs into lasting product features.
