- Implement advanced machine learning and large language model methods to enhance personalization, including context summarization, retrieval, ranking, and LLM memory systems
- Use cutting-edge ML and LLM approaches to improve contextual recommendation systems and monetization features
- Develop advanced agent functionalities leveraging the company's computing platform
- Create automated research frameworks supporting both offline and online evaluation, with experimental designs and metrics that yield actionable insights
- Manage end-to-end model development, from data analysis and modeling through evaluation, A/B testing, and continuous iteration, while building autonomous tools for agent-focused research
- Work closely with engineering, product management, data science, and design teams to ensure AI components drive measurable product value
- Keep pace with advancements in machine learning and artificial intelligence by assessing and integrating new research and algorithms into production systems
