About the Role
The position is responsible for driving product development in blockchain technology, working closely with cross-functional teams to build and refine platforms that meet the needs of institutional clients in the digital asset space.

- Develop roadmaps for core blockchain infrastructure enhancements
- Facilitate user feedback sessions with institutional clients
- Assess technical trade-offs in scalability, security, and decentralization
- Communicate product updates to internal teams and leadership
- Drive usability improvements for blockchain transaction tools
- Analyze blockchain network data to inform product decisions
- Support incident response related to blockchain operations
- Ensure product designs meet audit and reporting requirements

- Contribute to sprint planning and product reviews
