Responsibilities
- Design and deploy automated workflows for company operations such as purchase approvals, expense authorizations, vendor onboarding, and internal requests, leveraging AI-driven tools wherever feasible.
- Detect manual, repetitive, or inefficient processes across the organization and implement agent-based automation to replace them.
- Collaborate with all departments, including engineering and product, to provide operational support, tools, and coordination, bridging back-office functions with technical development teams.
- Quickly identify, troubleshoot, and resolve operational issues to maintain team productivity and momentum.
- Partner directly with leadership to manage priorities, schedules, materials preparation, cross-time-zone coordination, and strategic focus.
