Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end creative initiatives across departments, ensuring alignment on project scope, schedules, budgets, and on-time delivery
- Serve as the central contact for internal teams including Communications, Product Marketing, Partnerships, and Events to prioritize and fulfill creative requests
- Identify, onboard, and oversee external partners such as vendors, freelancers, contractors, and agencies, including contract negotiation and ongoing coordination
- Lead production logistics for photo and video shoots, including talent casting, location selection, crew coordination, and scheduling
- Maintain and manage legal documentation including licenses, contracts, talent releases, and rights to ensure regulatory and internal compliance
- Develop and maintain an efficient production workflow and request intake system that supports agility without introducing unnecessary process overhead
- Collaborate closely with post-production teams to ensure final deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines
- Shield creative staff from administrative burdens by handling operational tasks, enabling focus on high-quality output
