Responsibilities
- Lead the full lifecycle of motion graphics and video assets for social platforms, including ideation, storyboarding, animation, and final production of go-to-market content
- Focus primarily on high-output video production, ensuring a steady stream of refined and on-brand motion deliverables
- Execute animated content in both 2D and applicable 3D formats, progressing from style frames and animatics to final output
- Work closely with Brand and Growth teams to translate product launches and marketing campaigns into engaging social-first motion content
- Help develop and maintain motion design standards, systems, and reusable templates to ensure consistency and scalability across the creative team
- Support innovation in creative technology by experimenting with new software, methods, and AI-enhanced production workflows
- Coordinate with the Producer to define project scope, timelines, and ensure on-time delivery of assets
