About the Role
You will play a key role in driving the successful adoption of a clinical AI tool in veterinary practices across Sweden. Working at the intersection of veterinary medicine and technology, you'll support clinicians through onboarding, refine real-world workflows, gather feedback, and help shape product development. Your work will ensure seamless integration into daily clinical operations while contributing to safer, more scalable healthcare solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead veterinary clinicians through onboarding, training, and ongoing support using platforms such as Intercom.
- Maximize user success by troubleshooting issues, offering guidance, and collecting insights for product enhancement.
- Develop and refine templates and prompts to improve the performance of the AI assistant.
- Deliver live demonstrations of the product to potential clients and assist commercial initiatives.
- Track and manage clinical safety events while improving internal processes for safe scaling.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial teams to ensure effective implementation and integration.
- Present at industry events, conferences, and workshops to promote the platform to veterinary professionals and stakeholders.

About the Role
We are developing an AI co-pilot designed to support veterinary clinicians, improve patient care, and expand access to high-quality services. In this role, you will ensure smooth adoption of the platform across Sweden by guiding clinicians from onboarding through daily use. You will bring clinical insight into how tools are used in practice, refine workflows, and relay feedback to product teams. Your contributions will help integrate the technology seamlessly into real-world veterinary environments, making a measurable difference in how care is delivered.
Interview Process
The hiring process includes five steps: 1. Initial screening with Talent Acquisition 2. Interview with the Global MedOps Lead 3. Practical prompting exercise and follow-up discussion 4. Sales demonstration interview with a MedOps team member 5. A half-day working session in the Stockholm office to experience team culture and collaboration firsthand.
