Responsibilities
- Conduct live demonstrations of the product for potential clients and assist in international sales initiatives.
- Create and modify operational workflows and templates to meet the needs of varied markets and major clients.
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and commercial departments to ensure effective deployment and integration of workflows.
- Represent the organization at global conferences, training sessions, and client-facing events.
- Support clinicians during onboarding, provide training, and offer ongoing daily assistance.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical and operational issues to maximize user benefit.
- Develop and refine templates and prompts that enhance the functionality of the AI assistant.
- Oversee clinical safety reporting and improve internal processes to support secure, scalable growth.
