The Medical Manager will join Solventum's Medical Devices team in Turkey, playing a key role in expanding the company’s presence in wound care, sterilization, vascular access, and other medical device solutions. This position reports to the Country Business Leader and is central to supporting healthcare professionals through product education, relationship development, and strategic planning.
What You'll Do
- Driving indirect sales team to detail Solventum solutions to Health Care Professionals with passion
- Developing a medical promotion plan to prioritize account calls, activities, penetration, and usage
- In close collaboration with Bid Office
- Analyzing Market and Opportunity data to drive and adjust the medical plan
- Driving utilization of the company product portfolio, according to the planned product mix objective
- Developing and managing a favorable relationship with key decision makers (from physicians to top-management to nurses)
- Supporting product testing and demo
- Participating in customer events (congress, workshop, hospital meetings, etc)
- Planning, leading & execution of hospital presentations to HCP’s (at least 1 organization a day)
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (Life Sciences or Clinical is preferred)
- Previous medical affairs, marketing experience, at least 2 years, in medical device market
- Good negotiation skills
- Good presentation and networking skills
- Intermediate/Upper Intermediate English knowledge
- Flexibility to travel across the assigned territory
- Microsoft Office proficient
- Current, valid Driver’s License

Work Mode
- Remote (ideal Candidate is based in Istanbul, Ankara or Izmir), travel may include up to 70% domestic & international
