About the Role
This position involves providing clinical leadership, guiding care model development, and ensuring high-quality psychiatric services for children and adolescents through a digital health platform.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development and implementation of clinical protocols for pediatric mental health care
- Supervise and support a multidisciplinary care team delivering services remotely
- Ensure adherence to best practices and clinical guidelines across treatment programs
- Collaborate with product and clinical teams to refine digital care offerings
- Provide direct psychiatric evaluations and medication management when necessary
- Serve as a clinical expert in child and adolescent behavioral health
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and performance monitoring
- Advocate for patient safety and ethical standards in virtual care delivery
- Mentor and train clinical staff on evidence-based interventions
- Guide clinical policy development in alignment with regulatory requirements
- Respond to complex patient cases requiring psychiatric expertise
- Support the integration of family-centered care principles into clinical workflows
- Contribute to the design of clinical training materials and resources
- Work cross-functionally to ensure clinical input in product development
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in child psychiatry
- Ensure compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations
- Promote a culture of continuous learning within the clinical team
- Assist in credentialing and privileging processes for medical providers
- Evaluate clinical outcomes and recommend service enhancements
- Support organizational efforts to reduce disparities in mental health access
