About the Role

What You'll Do

Act as a clinical and scientific point of contact for healthcare professionals in Italy, providing accurate, evidence-based responses to medical inquiries. Conduct training sessions that emphasize best practices in aesthetic medicine and promote the responsible use of medical products.

Develop lasting professional relationships with key opinion leaders and influential practitioners in the aesthetics field. Support the international medical team by translating complex scientific data into clear, actionable insights for both internal teams and external partners.

Collaborate with sales colleagues to ensure medical accuracy in outreach efforts, while maintaining full compliance with company protocols and regulatory standards. Maintain detailed records of training activities and contribute to internal knowledge systems with up-to-date scientific information.

Requirements

  • Medical Doctor (MD) with active licensure to practice in Italy
  • Minimum of three years of direct clinical experience in aesthetic medicine, including use of injectables such as botulinum toxin and dermal fillers
  • Strong command of facial anatomy and demonstrated skill in injection techniques
  • Proven ability to engage and collaborate with healthcare providers in the aesthetics space
  • Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English and the ability to explain complex medical concepts clearly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
  • Self-driven with strong decision-making abilities and the capacity to work independently
  • Willingness to travel up to 60% within the assigned territory

Preferred Qualifications

Board certification or formal training in aesthetic medicine is strongly preferred and may enhance candidacy.
