Responsibilities
- Create and manage ad campaigns on Google Ads
- Develop and utilize Custom Audiences to enhance campaign effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to contribute to the visual content used in ads
- Research and test new audience segments and creative strategies to improve campaign results
- Continuously optimize and analyze the performance of advertising campaigns to meet KPIs
- And other assigned tasks
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field
- 1+ years of experience creating, optimizing, and scaling Google Ads campaigns across multiple formats such as Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max and Demand Gen
- Familiarity with Google Analytics for tracking and analyzing campaign performance
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with different teams
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Demonstrate fluency in English
