Responsibilities
- Actively participate in plant safety initiatives.
- Ensure a safe work environment for yourself and others at all times.
- Maximize stationary equipment performance by performing repairs and completing preventive maintenance on schedule.
- Complete and prioritize the backlog process with the Supervisor or Plant Manager.
- Complete required paperwork to maintain equipment and operate the plant according to company standards.
- Inspect and maintain the maintenance truck, ensuring proper upkeep and good housekeeping.
- Prioritize safety first, then quality, followed by production.
- Conduct MSHA pre-shift safety inspections of equipment and work areas.
- Maximize stationary equipment performance by performing repairs and completing preventive maintenance on schedule.
- Check, repair, or replace pumps as needed.
- Complete preventive maintenance and lubrication services according to the Maintenance Module.
- Train and coach other employees on maintenance practices.

- New Hire Orientation & Safety Training Requirement: All newly hired employees are required to attend New Hire Orientation and Safety Training in person at our Corporate Office located in Dallas, Texas. Attendance is mandatory and is a condition of employment. To support employees traveling to attend training, mileage and approved travel expenses will be reimbursed for individuals whose commute to the Dallas Corporate Office exceeds 50 miles, in accordance with company travel and reimbursement policies.
- Working Conditions: All duties require outside assignments and require periods of work in all weather conditions—heat, cold, wet or dry and dusty. Must be able to work in areas where noise levels are up to 85 dbs.
