As a Measurement Technology Developer, you will contribute to product quality and innovation by tackling demanding measurement and test tasks in an interdisciplinary environment. You will develop intelligent software-based solutions and bring your ideas to the evolution of our measurement and test infrastructure.
What You'll Do
- Oversee measurements and tests in development labs holistically—from requirement clarification to customer-specific evaluation.
- Conceive and implement new measurement and test procedures, as well as measurement, test, and evaluation programs, and integrate new measurement hardware via software.
- Collaborate across sites with Endress+Hauser measurement labs and contribute to the standardization of software, hardware, and measurement processes.
- Technically advance and sustainably maintain the measurement and test technology software and hardware in the development lab.
- Analyze and develop archiving and storage concepts for measurement results and integrate them into existing development and manufacturing formats.
- Analyze and consolidate measurement and process data from various sources and create efficient evaluation tools.
What We're Looking For
- A responsible, reliable, and conscientious personality with a strong team and service focus.
- You work independently, structured, and meticulously, ensuring results even with complex tasks.
- You solve technical questions in a goal-oriented manner and bring initial knowledge in measurement technology.
- Enjoy programming, possess fundamentals in Python, C++, or C#, and have an interest in working with databases.
- A completed degree in a technical-scientific or information technology field (e.g., Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, Technical Computer Science).
- Excellent German and English skills, both spoken and written.
Nice to Have
- Basic knowledge in statistics, measurement data evaluation, or handling data and hardware interfaces.
