About the Role
The position involves designing, implementing, and analyzing rapid experiments to measure program outcomes and guide operational improvements. The associate will work closely with research and field teams to ensure data quality and timely reporting.
Responsibilities
- Design and execute small-scale experiments to test program variations
- Collaborate with field teams to deploy experimental designs in real-world settings
- Monitor data collection processes to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Analyze quantitative data using statistical methods
- Produce clear summaries of findings for non-technical audiences
- Maintain documentation for all experimental protocols
- Identify opportunities to improve program delivery based on results
- Support survey tool development and validation
- Coordinate with external researchers and partners
- Ensure compliance with ethical research standards
- Track experiment timelines and deliverables
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies in real time
- Contribute to pre-analysis plans and study registration
- Assist in sample size and power calculations
- Synthesize findings across multiple experiments

- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline
