Responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador for Mattel and Fisher-Price products and brands.
- Work with the lead Mattel Representative to secure top product placements for key brands.
- Coordinate monthly schedules with the lead Mattel Representative.
- Open and unpack cases of various Mattel toys.
- Arrange and organize products on the sales floor.
- Assemble and disassemble store fixtures such as shelves and racks.
- Set up point-of-purchase displays and materials.
- Carry out special projects as assigned, including store events.
- Handle administrative duties like entering time, attending meetings and trainings, and checking email.

- Must be available to work a minimum of 15 hours per week.
- Preferred work hours are during the weekday during daytime hours; occasional weekends.
- Must have reliable transportation to travel to and between assigned store locations.
- Reside within approximately 20 miles of the assigned territory/store cluster.
- Must have access to reliable internet.
- Preferred device requirement – Up to date smartphone and/or computer with Chrome Browser to access https://Mattel.okta.com for time worked entries, email and Workday. Other browsers (e.g. DuckDuckGo) are not supported. A mobile phone is required for multi-factor authentication to receive SMS(text) or voice call.
