Responsibilities
- Handle materials using forklifts, cranes, or manual methods
- Operate all plant equipment
- Assemble specialized products
- Perform light maintenance tasks
- Carry out any additional duties needed to improve plant or equipment performance
Requirements
- Ability to identify and resolve problems promptly in a fast-paced environment
- Capable of handling frequent changes, delays, or unexpected events
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Self-directed and motivated
- Well-organized and detail-oriented
- Solid mechanical aptitude and desire to solve problems
- Good math skills, as well as oral and written communication skills
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds
Nice to Have
- Formal technical education or equivalent
- Previous experience in an industrial plant or equivalent
