Responsibilities
- Confirm correct materials are used for production and operate loading and unloading procedures for machinery. Perform initial machine setup, including operation of control panels, adjusting parts, and resolving common issues. Monitor system indicators and displays, take corrective actions when needed, and clear blockages or malfunctions in end-of-line equipment.
- Package completed products in compliance with USPS requirements. Accurately identify printed address labels on final items and ensure proper stacking on pallets. Direct hoist operators to transport finished goods to designated storage areas.
- Follow all safety and security protocols to maintain a safe and clean workplace, adhering to established housekeeping practices.
- Cooperate with internal and external audit processes by supplying requested data, completing assigned compliance tasks, and maintaining documentation that verifies performance of key control-related duties.
- Perform additional tasks as directed by supervisors.
