The Master Production Planner at Spara Technologies plays a critical role in supporting depot-level operations, repairs, and refurbishment efforts within a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. This position ensures mission readiness through precise asset management, schedule control, and strict adherence to configuration integrity across integrated teams.
What You'll Do
- Develop and manage master production and repair schedules in a fast-paced, low-volume/high-mix environment with multiple Integrated Product Teams (IPTs)
- Coordinate with Engineering, Quality, Procurement, and Depot Operations to ensure the timely availability of materials, tooling, and resources
- Align factory capacity and production plans with program requirements, identifying and resolving constraints or delays
- Monitor factory operations, drive continuous improvement, and ensure alignment between functional teams
- Identify material shortages, delays, and schedule risks; implement proactive corrective actions to maintain schedule integrity
- Provide daily production status updates to both government and non-government customers
- Occasional travel to other Raytheon or government facilities may be required
- Some work outside normal business hours may be necessary to support program needs
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM preferred) and 5+ years of relevant experience
- Equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
- Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
- Experience using MS Project or similar scheduling tools to manage complex project timelines and constraints
- Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools
- Strong understanding of schedule risk mitigation and working with task owners to resolve conflicts
- Familiarity with handling ITAR-controlled materials
