Requirements
- Associate's degree combined with two years of direct experience or training in fields such as career guidance, case management, hiring, education, coaching, or counseling; or an equivalent mix of education, training, and real-world experience.
- Strong proficiency in computer systems and technology. Must have prior experience using Microsoft Office, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, and Zoom.
- High level of organizational ability and clear communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Outstanding interpersonal abilities and a proven capacity to build relationships with a broad range of people, including team members, participants, and external partners.
- Proven experience supporting individuals from varied cultural and language backgrounds.
- Experience in teaching or public speaking is required.
